These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of EchoBridge — the EchoBridge app, the echo-bridge.in website, and the EchoRing wearable (together, the "Service"). By using the Service, you agree to these Terms.
1. Eligibility
You must be at least 16 years old to create an EchoBridge account. If you're using an Enterprise account provided by a school or employer, additional terms from that institution may also apply.
2. Accounts
You're responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for all activity under your account. Let us know immediately if you suspect unauthorized access.
3. Subscriptions & Billing
- Basic is free, with no time limit.
- Premium and the Student Plan are billed on a recurring monthly or annual basis, as selected at checkout. Prices are shown in INR.
- Enterprise plans are billed under a separate agreement negotiated with the institution or organization.
- Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled before the renewal date. You can cancel any time from account settings; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
- The EchoRing is sold as a one-time hardware purchase, separate from any app subscription.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree not to: misuse the Service to harass or harm others (including within AI-Moderated Discussion Rooms), attempt to reverse-engineer or circumvent the app's security, use the Service for any unlawful purpose, or interfere with other users' access to the Service.
5. The EchoRing Is Not a Medical Device
The EchoRing and the app's wellness metrics (Stress Index, HRV, sleep tracking) are intended for general wellness and informational purposes only. They are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease, and should not replace professional medical advice. Consult a qualified healthcare provider for any health concerns.
6. Intellectual Property
EchoBridge, the EchoBridge logo, EchoRing, and all related branding, software, and content are the property of EchoBridge Technologies Pvt. Ltd. (or its founder, pending incorporation) and may not be copied, modified, or redistributed without permission.
7. Disclaimers
The Service is provided "as is." We don't guarantee that AI-generated perspective recommendations, wellness scores, or biometric readings are error-free or complete. Use your own judgment, particularly for anything health- or wellbeing-related.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, EchoBridge is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.
9. Termination
You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
10. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of New Delhi, India.
11. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms as the Service evolves. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
